Overview
Our refund policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase.
If 30 days have passed, we’re unable to offer a refund.
Digital Courses (Online Programs)
- Refunds are available only for courses that have not been started.
- A course is considered “started” once any portion of the content has been accessed.
- Once a course has been started, all sales are final and non-refundable.
- Downloadable or digital products (including online courses and software) are
non-refundable once accessed.
Physical Products (Shipped Items)
- All physical products are final sale.
- No refunds and no exchanges are offered for physical products.
- We do not accept returns of physical products for any reason, including damage,
defects, or buyer’s remorse.
Sale Items
All sale items are final sale and are non-refundable.
Gifts
If a physical or digital item was purchased as a gift, the same refund and return
policies apply. We do not issue refunds or replacements for gifted items.
Shipping
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments once the order has been shipped.
