Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase.
If 30 days have passed, we’re unable to offer a refund.

Digital Courses (Online Programs)

  • Refunds are available only for courses that have not been started.
  • A course is considered “started” once any portion of the content has been accessed.
  • Once a course has been started, all sales are final and non-refundable.
  • Downloadable or digital products (including online courses and software) are
    non-refundable once accessed.

Physical Products (Shipped Items)

  • All physical products are final sale.
  • No refunds and no exchanges are offered for physical products.
  • We do not accept returns of physical products for any reason, including damage,
    defects, or buyer’s remorse.

Sale Items

All sale items are final sale and are non-refundable.

Gifts

If a physical or digital item was purchased as a gift, the same refund and return
policies apply. We do not issue refunds or replacements for gifted items.

Shipping

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments once the order has been shipped.
