As the founder and clinical director of Cadenza Counseling, I spent years working with couples in live, one-on-one therapy settings. I am passionate about helping partners navigate complex emotions, build secure communication strategies, and prepare for lifelong, healthy partnerships.

However, I noticed a recurring challenge: many couples simply do not have the time or budget for weeks of traditional couples therapy right before their wedding. Yet, they desperately need practical relationship tools—and they need to satisfy their state’s legal requirements to obtain a marriage license.

That is why I evolved Cadenza Counseling into a dedicated online relationship education platform. I have taken the most effective, evidence-based frameworks from my clinical psychotherapy practice and distilled them into highly accessible, state-approved premarital courses.
